UK SHORE High TRL Innovation Events

The Department for Transport, Innovate UK and Innovate UK KTN would like to invite you to a UK SHORE High TRL Innovation update on the 6th of February 2023.

In May 2022, the new £206m UK Shipping Office for Reducing Emissions (UK SHORE) in DfT committed to a number of interventions to accelerate the decarbonisation of the maritime sector. The Clean Maritime Demonstration Competition is one of those interventions aimed at lower-mid TRL innovations including feasibility studies, pre-deployment trials and demonstrations.

Future interventions aimed at higher TRL clean maritime solutions are planned. This event will provide an update on the nature of these over the next two financial years.

All stakeholders across the UK’s clean maritime eco-system with an interest in high TRL/pre-commercial deployment are strongly urged to watch this briefing.
