Help shape the Connected and  Autonomous Vehicles Data competition within the forthcoming Meridian Mobility Testbed 2 Competition.

KTN, along with MERIDIAN, are hosting a workshop to contribute ideas and thoughts, to help shape the Connected and  Autonomous Vehicles Data competition within the forthcoming Meridian Mobility Testbed 2 Competition.

The introduction of connected and autonomous vehicles presents an opportunity for UK industry to provide innovative services to and from those vehicles and provide globally recognised expertise in their development and delivery. This workshop will look at the current status of CAV data collection, management and exchange to examine the opportunities for the future. This data will have increasing utility and value in the future as these vehicles become more common and will be an essential part of delivering the environmental and economic benefits of connected and autonomous vehicle (CAV). Generation transmission, storage, and commercial exploitation of CAV data each have significant opportunities and challenges.

Participation is sought from the automotive, telecommunications, transport infrastructure, mobility, simulation and analytics industries to help Meridian Mobility, CCAV, KTN and Innovate UK shape Government investment planning in this area.
