Innovation Canvas - Universal Template for Innovation

The team is delighted to share the Innovation Canvas, a tool which has been designed to help innovators.

Innovation is almost always a discursive, exploratory task: often untidy, full of missteps, blind alleys and changes of direction.
No simple, step-by-step recipe can ensure success, but there are processes, which innovators can adopt to help them navigate difficult terrain and use as a guide to progress.

The Design and Innovation Effectiveness team at KTN is developing one such toolkit, drawing on the experience of KTN’s unique network of innovation specialists.

The team is delighted to share the Innovation Canvas, a tool which has been designed to help you:

·      Spot gaps in your capacity to innovate

·      Identify and overcome important challenges

·      Test assumptions that may be hindering progress

·      Clarify areas of risk and uncertainty

·      Invite and secure team buy-in

KTN has used the Innovation Canvas with businesses from a myriad of industry sectors, including healthcare, oil & gas, cyber security and manufacturing, through both facilitated workshops or one-to-one meetings.
