Joining of Composites Conference
Further details have been released ahead of the Joining of Composites Conference.
The Joining of Composites Conference takes place on 21st March at Titanic Belfast, supported by Composites UK, IComp Irish Composites Centre, The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, and Invest North Ireland (Invest NI).
The event will be a showcase for recent international developments in composite joining. It will demonstrate the developments that are pushing the boundaries in industry sectors where composites have become mainstream, as well as in new and emerging applications. The event will address surface pretreatment and adhesives, thermoset and thermoplastic composites, welding, dissimilar materials joining and 3D printing.
The conference is aimed at engineers and scientists who are involved in the design and manufacture of composite assemblies and are looking to improve their current techniques.
In addition to the talks, there will be nearly two hours of networking breaks to interact with the speakers and poster presenters, as well as with the other delegates.
