National Infrastructure Commission -The added value that design can bring
Bid proposals to design and apply a methodology for assessing the added value that design can bring to infrastructure.
The National Infrastructure Assessment set out the Commission’s recommendations that design should be embedded into the culture of infrastructure planning, to save money, reduce risk, add value, support environmental net gain and create a legacy that looks good and works well.
NIC are seeking bid proposals to help to design and apply a methodology for assessing the added value that design can bring to infrastructure. Proposals should look across a range of sectors and propose a study methodology that can be undertaken to establish how and where design adds value, in one or more of those sectors.
