How to use the Innovation Canvas
You can download a paper version of the Innovation Canvas for self-guided use in team meetings or workshops. The Innovation Canvas works best as a tool for team discussion but can also be used individually.
The canvas allows you to take a “snapshot” of the innovation project, assessing the project strengths and weaknesses. Working through a series of statements, participants rate topics and identify potential vulnerabilities. From this assessment, challenges and actions can be determined to inform next steps in your innovation process.
