Knowledge Transfer Network, on behalf of UK Research and Innovation, will be holding a briefing event in London on 31st May 2018 to present the new Collaborative R&D funding opportunity in Precision Medicine.

About the competition
Innovate UK will invest up to £5 million in innovation projects to support the development of precision medicine (PM) technologies.
The aim of this competition is to support the commercial development of precision medicine (PM) technologies whereby precision medicine technology is defined as innovations that enable early and accurate diagnosis which will inform patient management or therapy selection. This includes combining knowledge of clinical biomarkers with advances in diagnostic technologies and data analysis.
Successful applicants will be able to analyse and evaluate the commercial potential of a technology, identify the requirements and resources needed to bring it to market and establish the prospects of success in the target market.
