The Social Mobility Employer Index 2018 is open for submissions
Take part in the 2018 The Social Mobility Employer Index which aims to encourage firms to become more inclusive employers.
The Index is an important benchmarking tool that ranks Britain’s employers on the actions they are taking to ensure they are open to accessing and progressing talent from all backgrounds, and showcases progress towards improving social mobility.
The Index will showcase which sectors and companies are taking the issue of social mobility most seriously.  In 2017, the Index had submissions from 98 organisations, across 17 different sectors, representing just under a million employees.
All organisations are entitled to remain anonymous, receiving feedback on their performance without being named, and any organisation finishing outside the top 50 is not published. The Index is free to enter, and each employer receives an individual feedback report highlighting areas where they performed well and where improvements can be made. Annual submissions to the Index will therefore enable employers to make tangible progress towards their social mobility goals.
The deadline for all submissions is 10am on the 12th April 2018. Complete the 2018 survey now.
