University of Glasgow to host Lasers for Quantum Technology Workshop
The workshop will bring together the UK quantum technology community to discuss laser requirements and the latest laser research.
Held on the 22nd June, the University of Glasgow will host the National Network of Quantum Technology Hubs, Lasers for Quantum Technology Workshop.
The workshop will bring together the UK quantum technology community to discuss the laser requirements for the UK Quantum Technology Programme, and advertise the latest laser research being undertaken in the four Quantum Technology Hubs.
The event has the aim of developing a roadmap for lasers in quantum technology for the UK Quantum Technology programme and to link the work and requirements to UK industry to aid the translation and development of the laser systems required for key Quantum Technology applications in the UK programme.
Those involved in the UK Quantum Technology Programme along with companies interested in using or commercialising the lasers for quantum technology are welcome to attend the workshop which will see presentations from a range of academia and industry.
