Luke Crook
Diversity & Inclusion Partner
My background is a combination of facilitation as a community musician and educator for under-represented groups. I am experienced in developing Equality, Diversion and Inclusion (EDI) practice, training and outreach in the music and arts sector, working with schools, charities and Music Hubs.
I focused particularly on areas around accessible music technology for disabled participants, developing accessible and diverse pathways for first access, partnerships to support and broaden outreach, as well as strategy development and training.
I am the lead for the Young Innovators programme and I am also involved in work to progress our D&I programmes internally.
