Nikoleta Piperidou

I have wide networks and broad experience across the UK and European energy landscape, with a particular focus on hydrogen and fuel cells. As Knowledge Transfer Manager – Energy & Infrastructure, I cover interconnected sectors such as renewables coupled with energy storage, linking across to future transport systems and the associated infrastructure.

Prior to joining Innovate UK Business Connect, I worked for 7 years at Synnogy, where I supported the management of the UK Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (UK HFCA) – the UK’s standalone industry body for the sector.

I have authored submissions on a wide range of consultations on topics such as low carbon heat, clean growth targets, air quality and more, and co-authored various reports for clients such as the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) in the US.

I hold a BSc in International and European Economic Studies and an MSc in Energy, Environmental Technologies and Economics.
