Our generalist portfolio, the Blackfinch Ventures EIS Portfolios, focuses on disruptive technology businesses offering products and services that address real-world problems. These businesses cover a variety of industries and are selected for their potential to create meaningful impact through innovation.

Our new thematic portfolio, the Energy Transition EIS Portfolios, is supported by the Blackfinch Energy Transition team. This focuses on climate technology, particularly on firms developing innovative solutions to support the decarbonisation of the UK economy needed for buildings, transport, and infrastructure.

The Blackfinch Spring VCT complements our EIS portfolios to provide scale-up funding. The VCT prioritises companies at a more advanced stage of development, helping to scale existing revenues and delivering significant growth.
