We specialise in pre-seed, seed, and Series A funding—our typical ticket sizes range from $1M to $10M, and through our accelerator, we also offer $100K investments for promising early concepts in Deep Tech, B2B Software, and EdTech. Through our $150M Fund I, we have invested in more than 20 companies, including QuEra, a unicorn neutral-atom quantum computing startup spun out of Harvard and MIT that recently secured strategic backing from Google. Our team was also among the earliest backers of IonQ (ion-trap computing) and ID Quantique (quantum-safe encryption)—both realised significant exits via IPOs and strategic acquisitions. Most recently we have invested in Oxford spin-of Lumai bringing photonic based computing to make running AI models 100x more energy efficient. Another recent investment is in USA company developing human-like AI digital employees.

Our partners have co-founded and led multiple global software ventures (including Acronis, Parallels, and Acumatica), collectively attracting over $1B in external funding and reaching a combined valuation exceeding $5B. Their deep operational knowledge spans cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure software, and large-scale SaaS deployments—an experience base that fuels our hands-on approach to portfolio support. Beyond quantum technology and software, we are also committed to EdTech, leveraging an extensive ecosystem that includes Germany’s largest private university and an all-in-one education platform.
