Laine Neucom

I am a member of the Design team, working as a Knowledge Transfer Manager for Design Capability. I manage and lead the Ignite Lab programme, which is an initiative designed to tackle the fundamental challenge of market failure of innovation projects, by inspiring those early in their innovation journey with state-of-the-art applications and key design methodologies.

My background and expertise are in building people’s capabilities, performance and wellbeing using a human centred approach. I have experience across a wide range of disciplines such as healthcare, mining, and finance. My experience extends to delivering educational programs in the UK, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

I am interested in helping businesses across the UK gain a deeper understanding of business challenges and opportunities, building an innovative and collaborative ecosystem, and access funding and collaborations for innovation projects.
