The delegation focused on the key areas of Berlin, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.
Abstract from outcome report:
Germany is a priority country for Innovate UK, with collaboration usually taking place through the European Framework programme. There is a strong appetite to identify bilateral collaborative opportunities, which the mission sought to better understand. This mission was led by Innovate UK, KTN, UK Science and Innovation Network and the Department for International Trade, joined by a delegation of business and academic leaders. The delegation met with a wide range of stakeholders from federal and state government agencies to universities, incubators, SMEs and innovation networks.
